Our origins, as collective humanity and as unique individuals, persistently occupy our thoughts. Especially when adverse living situations at one's own family roots propel us to venture out in pursuit of better places, queries regarding our origins, sense of identity, integration, and authenticity are strongly present.
The interplay between the cello's individuality and the electronic spaces results in modified sonic personas that feature recurring sonic themes. The solo instrument must repeatedly orient itself in new contexts.
