1 large pack of mushrooms (Costco)

2 TBST cottage cheese

some Munster cheese

slice mushrooms

cook (covered) for a few minutes with butter spread

dissolve 1 Teasp Veggi broth paste in 1/4 cup of water and add to mushrooms

cook without lid on high heat to evaporate some of the liquid

add 2 TBSP cottage cheese

grate some munster and mix
