Peach sorbet

Cook 4 peaches in pressure cooker with little water
Low, 1 minute, release steam naturally

Pour into large blender

Add

8 leaves of basil
8 leaves of mint
1/4 cup agave
1 TBSP vanilla

Fill with Orange juice till 5 cups

Speed 3, 1 minute

Put in fridge over night (keep the knife in there)
Remix shortly before pouring into ice maker

~ 45 minutes in ice maker
