Pears in truffle oil

heat 2-3 tbsp olive oil in skillet

add rosemary leaves and simmer for a while, so that the oil absorbs the rosemary flavor

peal a medium ripe pear, remove kernels, slice (about 5 mm thick)

remove rosemary leaves from oil

fry pear slices for about 5 minutes on each side

while frying on the first side, put 3 drops of truffle oil on each side
