Buchweizen (buckwheat) crepe (TM6)

2 pieces of ~ 1 TBSP butter
melt each one in one frying pan on low heat

in TM6

110 g buckwheat
1/4 tea salt
3 seconds, speed 10

turn on low speed and pour slowly through the opening

150ml water
100ml milk
(or 250 ml water)


1 egg
the melted butter from both frying pans (put them back on the flames)

mix again

pour about 1/2 of the liquid into each pan

when they start to dry, move a bit to make sure they are not sticking
flip

when fully cooked, cover with some slices of Munster cheese and cover with lid
