almond milk (TM6)

soak one cup of almonds over night

 

next morning: rinse

add 5 cups spring water

2 minutes, speed 10

rinse glas jar and lid with boiling water

strain through a nut-milk bag (if the pulp has still quite large pieces, grind again with some water)

keep in fridge up to 3 days
